What it’s about:

This novel is about a seagull who question's his exsistence and wants to break the limits. He wants to be more than a seagull and learns to fly higher and further than any other seagull.

The book describes Jonothan's feelings that there's more to life, he felt trapped in his life and wanted to go onward. It also describes how the other seagulls felt about him not staying inline with the other seagulls. His parents in particular thought he should be the same as the rest of the flock.
